Our sound infra-structure housed in the nicely built factory premises, in the pleasant atmosphere is what encourages the employees. The state-of-the-art of technology machines in all the process of factory is capable of meeting latest requirements of customer at par with international standards.
CAD /CAM
The Computer Aided Designing Software is used for computing effective consumption of fabric. This system is very accurate and new designs are made using CAD. Samples are designed through this system.
COMPUTERIZED CUTTING MACHINE
Computerized Cutting Machine (CNC) consist of Computer Aided Designing Software, Computerized Spreading Machines, 2 Nos. of Fifteen Meter Laying Tables with Air Flotation and Plotter Printer.
SEWING MACHINES
Our sound infrastructure includes latest technology in Sewing Machines, all purchased in the current recent years. These machines are manufactured by PEGASUS / BROTHER / YAMOTTO.
PRINTING
Our factory is equipped with fully Automatic Printing Machine with all allied supporting Components.
LABORATORY
The tests are done at our In House Lab and done also outside (International Labs) on requirement by customer against ISO standards.
